Here Comes The Sun

Here in Edinburgh we’re still getting over the fact that we’ve had something approaching a summer for the last three weeks and are now settling back into something approaching normality.  Normality being that I needed a change of clothes this morning in walking from the bus stop to the office  – a journey of around 50 yards.

It is raining.  Hard.

But have no fear!

For the next three weeks we will be running an interactive social media challenge for anyone in Scotland to participate in.

This will involve tweeting, sharing on LinkedIn and Facebook your photos, quotes, and ideas of what employee engagement means to you and your organisation using the hash tag #SunnyScotland

The more tweets, comments and photos in that area equals happier and sunnier weather! The sun will then move around Scotland to different locations each day.

The best tweet, quote, photos etc will receive prizes courtesy of our partner Cake Cetera. Like cakes? Get tweeting!

The dates for the sun in each area of Scotland are as follows:-

• Edinburgh & Lothians – Monday 29^th and Tuesday 30^th July
• Aberdeen – Wednesday 31^st July and Thursday 1^st August
• Glasgow – Friday 2^nd and Monday 5^th August
• Borders, D&G and Ayrshire – Tuesday 6^th and Wednesday 7^th August
• Perth and Tayside – Thursday 8^th and Friday 9^th August
• Fife, Falkirk & Stirling – Monday 12^th and Tuesday 13^th August
• Highlands and Islands – Wednesday 14^th August
